It's impossible to resist Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast's hypnotic sound. With sweeping melodies and a fusion of soul infused folk driven rhythms, their music casts an enchanting spell over mind, body and soul. The Broadcast has been dominating the NYC music scene since early 2007, and the last year alone, the band has played at venues including Highline Ballroom, Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, The Bitter End, and The Living Room. Last year the band gained attention by scoring one of the top three spots in the Cosmopolitan Magazine Star Launch, which lead to over 125,000 hits on their YouTube account, along with scoring two national ad campaigns for Eucerin Lotion and CapriSun.

In early 2009 the band recorded their debut full length album with Brooklyn's acclaimed Galuminum Foil Productions and released "Over the Undercover" to a nearly sold out crowd at Mercury Lounge in NYC. With the success of the release, they are now collaborating with a film production company that is working on an independent docu-series focusing on their grassroots music movement.

When asked what sets their music apart, Caitlin replied "I believe in the movement behind music and its ability to communicate experiences in a way that allows others to not only relate but also feel inspired by new thoughts and ideas. Perhaps we will never be completely unified in this world, but our sense of community, of a tribe, has been lost- I believe music plays a key part in recovering this mentality."
