After developing his sound in New York City and New Orleans, Adrian Hibbs now Los Angeles with his pop-funk-soul sensibilities. As a versatile keyboard player and colorful arranger, his style is a concoction of rhythm, blues, funk, and saturated soul. He’s toured internationally, performed and recorded with such shows and artists as Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Isabelle Day,Stanton Moore, Anders Osborne, Buzz Feiten, MTV Awards, Summer Sonic Fest, Singfest, Cobra Starship, The Academy Is, Voodoo Fest, Carson Daly, Dashboard Confessional, The Cab, Plain White T’s and Panic! at the Disco. He released a self-titled EP “The Adrian Hibbs Project” in NYC produced by Scotty Hard (Wu-tang, MMW, Boogie Down Productions) and will release another EP “You’re Invited” in Fall 2012 with master drummer James Gadson. His musical influences run the gamut from Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Sly & the Family Stone to Earth, Wind & Fire.
