Tenor saxophonist Ralph Lalama is well known as a member of such luminary bands as the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, the Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, and the Joe Lovano Nonet, as well as the bands of Woody Herman, Buddy Rich, and Jon Faddis. He has earned three Grammys and has released numerous albums as a leader, the latest of which is Erie Avenue (2011), a project he co-led with his brother pianist Dave Lalama.



Billy Drewes has been creating music, composing, performing, and recording since the mid-'70s. A talented multi-instrumentalist, he has over 100 recording credits to his name and has shared the stage with artists like Joe Lovano, Bill Frisell, Paul Motian, Herbie Hancock, Bill Frisell, Randy Brecker, John Scofield, and John Abercrombie. He's also a member of the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra and leads his own bands in venues around NYC.
