How to order?
We only accept orders from our online retail website. We do not accept mail order. You can also visit our retail shop at 131 West 3rd Street, in New York City.

Which credit cards do you accept for online purchases?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express ONLY. Shipping for exchanged products must be paid by the sender.

Is cash or check accepted?
We accept checks, but require 15 days from the time we receive the check to when we ship the item ordered. Checks should be made out to Blue Note. Please provide a copy of the invoice along with the check, and add the invoice /order number in the memo section of the check. Be sure to include shipping charges in the total amount.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, NYS sales tax of 8.375% will be charged.

How soon before we ship?
Goods in stock should ship within 4-5 days and take between 7-12 days to arrive, depending on where you live, what shipping method you've chosen and the availability of product. We only ship complete orders to save you extra shipping costs. If one or more items are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is backordered. We will attempt to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Does the Blue Note Store accept international orders?
The Blue Note Store gladly accepts International orders. For International orders, Blue Note store ships USPS Priority international.

Can I track my order?
If you place an order with our online site, you may email us at store@bluenote.net to request package tracking information.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Although we don't offer gift wrapping, your mail order will be neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper.

May I return merchandise?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost. Item(s) must be returned in good condition. A restocking fee does not apply to merchandise with manufacturer’s defects ONLY. We will not reimburse you for shipping of returned merchandise. After 30 days, we do not accept any returns for refunds. Monogrammed, engraved and etched items may not be returned.

What is your shipping policy?

most purchases are standard UPS ground and are shipped to arrive in your home within 7-12 business days of order receipt. in the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
